Key Responsibilities:

Lead manual QA for SaaS products, ensuring quality across the full SDLC
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, with a strong focus on manual and risk-based testing
Take ownership of release readiness, risk assessment, and production quality
Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to ensure requirements are testable and well-defined
Perform hands-on testing (functional, regression, integration, exploratory)
Support and contribute to test automation efforts, helping improve coverage and efficiency
Ensure quality across all layers: UI, backend services, APIs, and data workflows
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows
Contribute to improving overall product quality, performance, and user experience

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with strong hands-on testing expertise
Proven experience in a senior or lead QA role, owning testing strategy and quality outcomes
Strong understanding of QA processes and test lifecycle
Working knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) – not primary focus
Excellent knowledge of manual testing techniques, test design, and exploratory testing
Solid experience in API testing (Postman, REST clients, etc.)
Familiarity with .NET-based applications and full stack environments
Good understanding of databases (SQL Server) and data validation
Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum workflows
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Computer Science Degree – FON
Experience in LegalTech, Fintech, or other regulated industries
Experience testing AI-powered or data-driven applications
