TIAC is a software company specialized in managed development services in the areas of fintech and business applications and is a member of M&I Systems Group responsible for MDC services (Managed Development Center).
In the past years we stopped being a small company, now with a 150+ strong team we need to establish new structures that will allow us to manage the adoption of new tech and knowledge in more efficient ways.
Thus, we committed ourselves to the journey of setting up an R&D department within TIAC and M&I.

This position requires candidates to rapidly absorb new knowledge and apply it effectively in their daily activities. Working alongside our R&D team, an associate will have the chance to acquire a diverse set of skills and best practices across various R&D tasks.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the R&D team to define research objectives and project goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data using qualitative analysis tools to create new knowledge or extract valuable insights.
- Reporting: Interpret research findings, share data analysis results, and provide data summaries for key stakeholders.
- Assist in writing research reports, technical documentation, and research project proposals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitors’ products, technologies, and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to provide research-driven recommendations for product development and improvement.
- Knowledge Management: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, and share knowledge with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Propose and develop innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings, data sources, methodologies, and other relevant information.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in project management or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong English written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, data visualization software, and productivity tools.
- High level of curiosity, initiative, and a passion for continuous learning.
