React Front-end Developer

Trainingportal is a SaaS application that enables efficient delivery, management, and reporting of remote workforce training and competence from one centralized solution. Serving our clients since 1997, the system provides portals to some of the largest energy and maritime companies in the world. Trainingportal is accessed by over 1.7 million users a year and from over 190+ countries. On average, every 30 seconds a course is completed on Trainingportal.

We are in a period of planned growth and our eco-system of applications is evolving. We are looking for talented individuals to write the next chapter of our success story. To support these exciting new development projects, we are expanding the team with a number of new roles, including a new Senior Frontend Developer

Your responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing new functionalities for our products and maintaining existing features.
• Collaborating to achieve our common goals and communicating with the wider team, not just development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to industry standards.
• Helping transform our architecture as we develop more Microservices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience with JavaScript and 1 year with TypeScript.
• Minimum 2 years experience with React (optionally with Redux/React Query).
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Design patterns, TDD, DDD is an advantage.
• Experience working with Microservices architecture or strong theory behind distributed systems is an advantage.
