About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team! You’ll help us find and hire awesome people across the business — from tech and product to marketing and operations. If you’ve got around a year (or more) of recruitment experience and you’re ready to take the next step in your career, this could be a great fit.

We work in the iGaming and space, so if that’s an area you’re already familiar with (or super interested in), even better!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping run the full recruitment process — from writing job ads to onboarding new hires
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand what they’re looking for
• Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Screening CVs and doing first-round interviews
• Keeping candidates updated and making sure they have a great experience
• Keeping our ATS and recruitment data organized and up to date
• Getting involved in projects like employer branding or referral campaigns
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house — we’re flexible)
• Exposure to (or strong interest/knowledge in) iGaming and/or tech recruitment
• Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
• Organized, proactive, and happy to take ownership of your work
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
• Can-do and want-to-learn attitude
