We're on the lookout for skilled remote IT support technicians to join our global team. Depending on your experience, you'll tackle roles such as IT help desk technician, project technician, or part of the NOC team all in a fully remote capacity. You'll be joining a team of 200+ remote IT support technicians stationed in stunning locations worldwide, working with cutting-edge technology.
We're currently hiring IT support technicians experienced in the following areas:
- Remote support for Microsoft Windows (macOS familiarity is a plus)
- Remote network troubleshooting and management
- Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 deployment, administration, and management
- Virtual device administration and management (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or VMware)
- Proficiency in ticketing systems within a fast-paced MSP environment is a big advantage

Your responsibilities:
You'll be part of a seasoned international team of IT support technicians, remotely assisting users in English-speaking countries across the world. Your tasks will involve troubleshooting equipment and infrastructure issues, and based on your expertise, contributing to new technology deployment and migration projects. The majority of tasks are within Microsoft environments on-premises, cloud, or hybrid setups. You'll be assigned to directly support a client's help desk team, using ticketing systems and documentation tools to log and manage your work.
