SAP Developer/Technical Consultant

What we are looking for

Are you a passionate professional with a strong interest in technology and customer-focused solutions? At LMtec DOO (part of Emixa Group), we are looking for a Technical Consultant (SAP Developer) who not only masters the technical side of software development but also contributes to the full project lifecycle – from idea to implementation.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze customer processes and define technical solutions
• Develop full-stack SAP solutions (front-end in browser / Fiori, back-end in SAP Cloud / BTP / JavaScript)
• Handle both technical development and functional design involvement
• Work on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from gap analysis to delivery
• Support during go-live and hypercare, including bug fixing and issue resolution
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices (e.g., "Keep the Core Clean")
• Grow into a role where you can eventually lead projects and mentor other developers

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer
• You have experience with JavaScript and Cloud technologies
• You have knowledge of SAP BTP, ABAP, RAP, CAP, CDS views, and Fiori/UI5 – or are willing to learn
• You possess strong communication and analytical skills
• You are proactive, independent, and eager to solve problems
• You are interested in building up your consultancy skills
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Experience in a consultancy role is a plus – but not required
