In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, availability, and security of a large-scale, globally distributed hybrid cloud infrastructure. At Supplyframe, engineers take ownership of the code they write. Responsibilities
- Develop tools to proactively identify and resolve incidents before they impact operations
- Identifying and automating manual processes
- Research and remediate system vulnerabilities
- Support local teams in design and deployment of the platform
- Implement monitoring and alerting
- Write tools to help with auditing and security
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Software Development experience at a SaaS or a technology company
- Proficiency in Go, Rust or Java
- Experience in operating, troubleshooting and scaling production systems
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong Linux/Unix knowledge
- Experience in web application stacks, proxies, load balancers and firewalls
- BS in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
