To support our growing team, we are looking for a strong communicator based in Belgrade to actively drive our business in the German-speaking market (DACH / Switzerland).

Your Responsibilities

• Focus 100% on proactive outbound prospecting, cold calling. Booking high-quality qualification meetings for our sales closers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain clean records of all activities in our CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.

What You Bring to the Table

• Language Skills: Business fluent German (C1/C2) is required. Understanding or speaking Swiss German is a huge plus.
• Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in B2B outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting. You thrive under pressure, effortlessly handle gatekeepers, and treat a 'no' as the start of a real conversation.
• Digital Affinity: Genuine interest in software, automation, and digital marketing.
• Independence: Reliable, structured, and self-motivated when working from home.
