We’re currently hiring a Sales Agent to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding Sellavi’s presence in the Serbian market.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Promote and sell Sellavi’s full suite of e-commerce services to new and existing clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from generating leads to closing deals
- Research and identify new market opportunities to grow our client base
- Analyze performance and prepare reports to identify trends and improve strategy
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a B2B SaaS sales role
- Fluency in Serbian and English (written and spoken)
- Background in e-commerce and familiarity with CMS systems
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales methodologies
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Advanced Excel skills to efficiently manage and manipulate large data sets
- A genuine desire to help clients succeed and grow within the e-commerce space
