The Opportunity

This is not your average SDR role. You'll be selling cutting-edge AI and digital transformation solutions to retail and e-commerce decision-makers across global markets — engaging directly with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders at companies that are actively investing in their digital future.

What You'll Do

  • Execute account-based outbound prospecting targeting companies in retail and e-commerce.
  • Build and manage targeted account lists with precision and strategic intent.
  • Run high-volume, personalized outreach across multiple personas within each account via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Engage C-level, VP, and Director stakeholders in compelling, executive-level conversations.
  • Drive multi-threaded outreach strategies to open doors and generate qualified meetings.
  • Hit and exceed predefined KPIs in a results-driven environment
  • Leverage best-in-class tools, including HubSpot, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of outbound B2B SDR experience — you've done this before,e and you're good at it
  • Proven track record in outbound meeting generation targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strong CRM discipline and a high standard for data accuracy (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • C2-level English fluency — all communication is conducted in English, and executive-level written and verbal skills are a must
  • Confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders — you don't get intimidated by a VP on the phone
  • A genuine hunger to grow, learn, and level up your sales craft
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
