In this position:
You will support us in the ongoing optimization of sales processes to increase the efficiency of our sales. In doing so, you will regularly contribute independent suggestions for more decentralization, digitalization and automation in the sales processes of our rapidly growing company. You are where the threads of our sales processes come together. Our sales organization is decentralized, but we set up the processes for this centrally in our "Sales Ops" team and optimize them continuously.
Your tasks in detail:
- Structure and content maintenance in numerous IT systems with a sales interface (including Confluence/Jira, Salesforce, decídalo, SAP partner system).
- Communication with colleagues, service providers and the company sisters
- Driving optimization and customizing of Salesforce and decídalo in cooperation with users
- Quality assurance of profiles and creation of templates
- Requirement analyses with the process participants
- Documentation and filing of invoices
- Independent takeover of smaller projects according to agreement
And you are:
- Distinct hands-on mentality, working method equally careful and conscientious as well as fast and efficient
- Distinct work and self-organization, ability to prioritize
- Initial practical experience in a process-driven organization is a prerequisite.
- You are comfortable working in a virtual organization - our team largely works together remotely.

- Confident with relevant software solutions - in the team we work almost paperless and use Confluence, collaboration and video conferencing solutions as well as other tools
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Support in the design and conception of PowerPoint slides
- You communicate confidently and confidently both verbally and in writing, can network well within the company and have a self-confident manner.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must, very good knowledge of German is a great plus
