Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals. This role will serve as a bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are robust, integrated, and future-proof. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Solution Design & ArchitectureLead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Define and document architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Platform Governance & OptimizationEnsure platform scalability, security, and performance through thoughtful design and governance.
• Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Project LeadershipLead Salesforce-related projects from concept to deployment, including planning, estimation, and execution.
• Manage technical risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Qualifications 

• Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Certifications (Preferred)Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong asset.
• SkillsDeep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative/custom development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
