Create stunning 2D artwork that showcases our games in the most viscerally exciting way possible.
Be an artistic jack of all trades (and master of all), demonstrating an aptitude for compositing, illustration and painting.
Have a deep understanding of how to create compelling visual content for promotional materials across campaigns, UA, and social media.
Be able to make outstanding visual judgements, and have the robust tool skills to back them up.
Autonomously create the highest quality game art assets, and courageously take on responsibility within projects.
Report directly to the Marketing Art Lead/Marketing Art Director.

Produce artwork in accordance with brand and style guides.
Set and exceed quality standards for 2D marketing artwork, combining photography, digital painting, game footage, and 3D assets.
Keep the 2D marketing pipeline efficient and ahead of the curve with the latest techniques and thinking.
Collaborate with the Marketing Art Director/Lead Artist and other marketing managers to deliver AAA visuals in line with the artistic direction.
Join forces with marketing managers to produce beguiling artwork for our audience.
Track allocated tasks, and communicate statuses with regular updates to the team and project coordinators to ensure timely delivery.

Experience producing high-level 2D content for the game, film, TV, or advertising industry.
Full professional proficiency in Adobe Suite software.
Good knowledge of lighting, rendering, and compositing processes.
Exposure to 3D workflows and the ability to work with 3D assets for compositing.
Confidence with Unity to be able to fully manipulate the game engine for image capturing.
A diverse digital portfolio showcasing both stylized and realistic work to a AAA standard.
Strong traditional work samples of photography, painting, drawing, and sketching.
A solid understanding of artistic fundamentals: anatomy, composition, lighting/value, form/function and perspective.
Experience of working with and giving feedback and written briefs to outsourced vendors.
