The role
- You will own new business end-to-end — from outbound prospecting to signing deals. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who likes building pipeline and closing.
- You’ll work directly with the founder and product team to sharpen messaging, uncover real buyer pain, and land deals in apparel, footwear, textiles, and adjacent sectors.
What you will do
- Build pipeline through outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) and smart use of partner ecosystems.
- Run discovery and qualify opportunities with a crisp sales process.
- Give clear demos to non-technical decision-makers.
- Drive deals through procurement/legal and close.
- Keep CRM clean and run a weekly forecast + next-step plan.
- Feed objections and market signals straight into product and GTM
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales (closing role).
- You can generate your own pipeline — not waiting on marketing.
- Comfortable with multi-stakeholder deals and longer cycles.
- Clear communicator who makes complex topics simple.
- Startup-minded: product is strong but not “perfect,” and you can still sell it.
- Fluent English (C1+). Serbian native is a plus.
Nice to have, not required:
- Experience with supply chain tech, compliance software, labeling/RFID, ERP/PLM, or sustainability/traceability solutions.
- Sold into manufacturing, retail, or industrial ecosystems.
What success looks like (first 3–6 months)
- Consistent ICP meeting flow (inbound + outbound).
- A qualified pipeline that removes founder as the bottleneck.
- First closed deals within 90–120 days (depending on cycle).
- Reliable forecasting and clean stage progression.
