Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with reputable IT company, specialized in developing solutions which helps increase the agility and efficiency of customers' operations. In order to support their business growth on Serbian market we are searching for motivated and highly skilled candidates.
The role:
- Prepare sales strategies in order to spread customers network on the market
- Drive company sales by continually identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Set up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies
- Keep up-to-date of the latest industry trends and analyse market movements
- Provide excellent after-sales service to retain customers and gain their satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and recommend improvements to the product line accordingly
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and fulfil their needs
- Manage and maintain open opportunities throughout the sales process to the final order (CRM)
- Accept the challenge and responsibility to reach and predict the increase of planned sales results
The successful applicant:
- University degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, or economics
- Minimum seven years of experience in sales in Technical field, preferably IT industry
- Advanced knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Result driven and target oriented
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
