Who You Are
- A positive and proactive team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Professional experience as a Senior Backend Developer with at least 3+ years.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, REST-API, GIT, Express.js and Unit Tests.
- A solid understanding of clean code principles, experience with clean architecture and TDD.
- Familiarity with big data technologies, NoSQL databases, and building reporting pipelines.
- Knowledge of React, NextJS, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with Linux systems, ideally with Docker.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Your Role & Mission
- Develop and enhance new products and features for our software solutions.
- Be an integral part of our SCRUM team, contributing to product development and decision-making processes.
- Write code that has a real impact on our products, with your feedback shaping the direction of our services.
- Ensure Data Privacy & Security are prioritized in all aspects of our development.

Ovo je jedna od retkih firmi posle koje shvatiš koliko je većina IT okruženja zapravo mlaka, spora i samozadovoljna. Rad ovde te natera da odrasteš profesionalno – brzo. Nema simulacije rada, nema igranja “agile teatra”, nema glumljenja produktivnosti. Radi se ono što ima smisla, kad ima smisla, i s razlogom. Tim je mali, ali izuzetno jak. Ljudi znaju šta rade, komunikacija je direktna, a odgovornost jasna. Ako imaš ideju – sluša se. Ako napraviš grešku – rešava se, bez drame. Ako isporučiš kvalitet – to se vidi i ceni. Meritokratija u praksi, ne u PowerPointu. Najveća vrednost firme je što ne gaji iluzije. Nema lažnih obećanja, nema “korporativne utehe”, nema tapšanja po ramenu bez pokrića. Zauzvrat dobiješ poverenje, autonomiju i realnu priliku da ostaviš trag na proizvodu. Ovde tvoj kod nije statistika – on je deo sistema koji se zaista koristi. Tempo rada je ozbiljan, ali zdrav. Ne zato što te neko gura, nego zato što radiš sa ljudima koji znaju šta hoće. Naučiš više za godinu dana ovde nego za tri u firmama koje se kriju iza procesa i “stabilnosti”.

Ovo nije firma za svakoga – i upravo zato je odlična. Ako si samostalan, radoznao, odgovoran i želiš da radiš u okruženju gde se ceni suština, a ne forma, ovo je mesto koje se pamti. Jedno od onih iskustava koje kasnije koristiš kao referentnu tačku za sve ostalo – i vrlo često shvatiš da se malo ko približava tom nivou.
