Senior Backend Developer

About the Role

As a Senior Backend Developer, your mission will be to design and deliver resilient, high-performance systems that power enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. You will ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable. More specifically, your responsibilities would be to:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade architectures for modern distributed applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Ensure smooth integration across multiple systems and services
• Build scalable APIs and services with strong focus on performance and security
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Support the full project lifecycle, from design to production support

What do we expect?

• Strong experience with either Java (Spring Boot) or .NET (ASP.NET Core)
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems and high-performance APIs
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git, and modern software delivery pipelines
• Good understanding of security best practices for cloud-native applications

If you bring along experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns, have worked with observability practices for large-scale systems, and strive to become a team lead one day - that’s a big plus!
