Senior Business Systems Support Expert

If you find it interesting to:

• Maintain availability and proper functioning of Postpaid Billing systems for several companies within A1 Telekom Austria group
  
• Monitor and proactively resolve issues indicated by any non-typical behavior of the system
  
• Optimize business systems for improved performance and operability
  
• Functional testing for the systems releases and new features
  
• Deploy new systems, services or functionalities to the production environment
  
• Develop new tools and scripts
  
• Produce reports ad-hoc and/or on a regular basis
  

If you have:

• At least 5 years of experience with Telco IT systems
  
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
  
• Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell scripting
  
• Knowledge and experience with Telco Billing systems
  
• Knowledge of Python programing language will be considered as plus
  
• Fluency in English
  
• Excellent technical problem solving skills and analytical troubleshooting skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
