About the role

Enode is looking for a (Senior) Customer Success Manager who will work closely with our customers and help them build cutting-edge energy management applications that save the end-user money and help balance the grid.

Enode works with a range of customers from many of the largest energy retailers in the world to leading energy management start-ups and scale-ups. As a CSM you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers, typically working closely with both senior management and their product- and development teams.

  • Helping to evolve the Customer Success function within Enode. As a start-up, we are still early in our journey and you will be expected to proactively help shape our strategy and ensure that we install the right processes, systems, and team to be successful

  • Diffusing relevant customer insights to the benefit of other teams at Enode, including Product/Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships

About you

To succeed at Enode you should be passionate about our mission. You should be excited about electrification and the opportunity to use consumer products and software to solve grid challenges in the transition to a net zero energy system. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., management consulting, customer success, or similar)

  • Experience from either the energy sector and/or API products is a bonus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
