Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Fully Remote (with offices in Limassol, Kyiv, London, and Tbilisi)
Work Hours: Based on Eastern European Time (EET/EEST), with some flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration
Employment Type: Full-time, long-term cooperation

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a skilled and agile infrastructure team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable and secure infrastructure that supports multiple white-label platforms within the iGaming sector.

This position is ideal for a proactive and experienced DevOps professional who is passionate about automation, infrastructure reliability, and delivering robust solutions in a high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Helm configurations
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of Linux-based environments
• Configure and troubleshoot Nginx for web services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support services based on MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Contribute to observability, monitoring, and platform scalability initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
• Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Practical experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Solid working knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, and infrastructure automation practices
• Experience with configuring and managing Nginx in production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, distributed team
•  English (B1 or higher), both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining custom CDN solutions
• Familiarity with high-load or real-time systems in fintech or iGaming domains
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
