What You’ll Be Doing:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to create a vibrant community of Enterprise Architects who use Camunda in their daily work.
- Creating content that can be re-used internally or externally (e.g. presentations that explain process orchestration to a technical audience which can be reused by fellow Camundi as well as external advocates to spread the word about process orchestration).
- Creating content (blogposts, videos, podcast episodes, etc.) about process orchestration for the Enterprise Architect audience, helping people understand what it is, why it’s important, and how it can solve common problems they’re experiencing.
- Traveling to industry conferences, speaking about process orchestration. Up to 40% travel possible during heavy conference seasons.
*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Please note that the majority of this team is based in EMEA or NA and an overlap of 3-4 working hours is preferred for collaboration.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product
- 5+ years experience as a Developer Advocate for an architect audience (Software Architect, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, etc.) OR equivalent experience as an Enterprise Architect or creating content for, collecting feedback from, educating, or working with Enterprise Architects.
- Strong technical skills and deep understanding of how software, cloud services, and enterprise systems work.
- Experience creating content, whether internal content (documentation, internal messaging, etc.) or external content (blogposts, videos, etc.), with the goal of enabling or educating an architect audience. You can convey complex technical topics in a clear and accessible manner to a diverse audience.
It’s a bonus if you have…
- Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, robotic process automation, or related fields.
- Understanding of the process automation and orchestration product landscapes.
- Experience speaking at conferences and a willingness to travel, speaking at enterprise architect industry conferences around the world.

Compensation
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
- Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
- United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
- Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00
