A fully renewable energy system is dependent on flexible demand that can adapt to the intermittent supply from wind and solar. To create this flexibility, we need to connect to and control the fast-growing demand coming from electric vehicles, heat pumps and other energy hardware. This is what we’re doing at Enode. We're looking for experienced individuals who are adept at problem-solving and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Our tech stack centers around a TypeScript-based codebase, complemented by tools like Remix, Vanilla Extract, Node and Vercel. We are not wedded to our tools and prize pragmatism and adaptability, recognizing that the right tool for the job may not be the one we're using today.

You will:

• Develop new features and integrations for all of our user-facing products

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team, including back-end engineers, designers, and product managers, to design elegant and user-friendly solutions

• Spar and collaborate with your peers on engineering best practices and code quality standards

• Build and ship features our customers will love.

About you

• You have 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality products

• You have solid JavaScript skills and experience in working with TypeScript

• You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values product excellence, where you helped fix engineering challenges at scale

• You have the ability to drive collaborative decision-making

• You are familiar with the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment

• You have a problem-solving and ownership mentality: if you see a problem, you’ll pick it up and help fix it

• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English.
