Customer

A fast-growing AdTech company is developing an AI-powered platform designed to help digital publishers optimize their advertising revenue. Their proprietary solution leverages machine learning to automate pricing strategies in programmatic advertising, improving monetization performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience working with Python in production environments
• Proven proficiency in Python/Django and/or Golang as well as JavaScript and React
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including serverless architecture and AWS Lambda
• Prior experience in the advertising technology domain, particularly with programmatic platforms or publisher-centric tools, is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-availability systems
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate across departments
• Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams

Responsibility

• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack systems leveraging AWS cloud services (including Lambda, EventBridge, S3), Python, Django, Go, and modern front-end technologies like React and JavaScript libraries
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new capabilities for a cutting-edge AdTech platform
• Enhance system performance and scalability by proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization strategies
• Investigate and debug production issues, ensuring system stability and a smooth user experience.
• Contribute to development of technical project documentation and user documentation
