Who You Are

You’re open-minded, ambitious, and self-driven, not satisfied with mediocrity.

You bring:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience building production products
• Strong frontend and backend expertise
• Experience designing scalable SaaS architectures
• Solid understanding of APIs, performance, and distributed systems
• Experience working remotely in async teams
• You use (or want to master) AI in development workflows
• Experience leading initiatives, mentoring developers, and making technical decisions
• You’ll help define how we scale our SaaS platform to 100K+ users across multiple stakeholder types, while keeping performance, security, and reliability top-tier.

• UX intuition or performance optimization skills
