Requirements
- Experience as a mid/senior-level full stack engineer
- Strong communication skills
- A founder mentality, ownership of your work
- Strong English communication skills
- Keep an unreasonably high bar for yourself and others
- Startup experience is a plus
Relevant skills
- NextJS + React
- Typescript
- Understanding of the full stack
- PostgreSQL
- Functional programming a plus
Interview process
Our interview process is two rounds, to help save everyone’s time
- 15-20 minute interview with the CTO
- Pair coding exercise (60-120 minutes)
- Offer call and answers to any open questions
