Senior Product Designer

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a senior product designer to join one of our cross-functional agile teams. You will take ownership of the design of a complex and challenging product to improve it and take it to the next level.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on all aspects of a product to deliver value to customers
• Design responsive websites, web and mobile apps
• Manage the end-to-end design process
• Design and maintain design systems
• Lead and facilitate design workshops
• Collaborate with clients, product managers and engineers to determine the best long and short term strategy for the product
• Work alongside and mentor a junior designer that will help you

Required Experience & Knowledge

• At least 5 years of experience as a product designer. Feel free to apply even if you have less, but you think you have what it takes.
• Business-oriented. You design with the customer in mind and have an understanding of how your decisions impact businesses.
• A team player. You can communicate and present your ideas and solutions to others efficiently.
• Organized, reliable and proactive. You will never wait for somebody to give you a problem to solve and you can be relied upon to solve both complex and simple challenges.
• A solid portfolio. Projects that demonstrate experience in all phases of the design process.
• Proficient with design tools. We use Sketch, Abstract, Invision and Miro as our primary tools.
• Basic knowledge of how your designs are coded and implemented

Required Education & Qualifications

• Advanced level of both spoken and written English language
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product/Usability Design or relevant experience
• Any relevant certificate would be considered a plus
