Senior Product Specialist

As a Senior Product Specialist in our Outsource-Support Services team, you will be involved in:

• Analysis and Interpretation: Participates in the analysis of client requirements in banking channels and products, and interprets functional requirements to the internal teams, working closely with the development team.
• Implementation: Contribution to the implementation projects by configuring and testing ASEE banking channels and products, and leading other participants.
• Testing: Writing test scenarios, testing applications, and creating reports on test results. Providing customer support during the customer acceptance test.
• Training: Participates in preparation and conduct of training organised for users of banking products.
• Documentations: Creating user manuals and updating a knowledge base.
• Client support: Provides an appropriate level of support for ASEE banking products to provide fully functional, operational, and optimised applications following SLA.
• Communication with clients to define the problem precisely, present the solution for the problem presented and developing good and strong relationship with clients.

 About you

• You have at least 5 years of IT experience.
• You have good knowledge of Windows OS, Linux OS.
• You have good knowledge of MS SQL.
• You have good knowledge of Web services /API’s.
• You have some experience with testing tools (Postman, Soap UI…).
• You have proven documentation and writing skills - creating documents such as use cases, business requirement documents, user manuals, and test cases.
• You ideally have obtained the University degree in computing sciences (or another equivalent).
• You have critical thinking and problem-solving skills - the ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.
• You are a good listener & communicator – with the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received.
• You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence.
• You are a good team player, and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing ones.
• You have advanced knowledge of English.
