Senior Software Developer (C/C++ | Linux | Telecom Systems)

About the Role

Value Shore is hiring an experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer for our global telecom client working on next-generation wireless and radio systems (5G/6G).

You’ll join a highly skilled team (4–6 engineers) developing embedded software and network protocols for cutting-edge communication technologies. The role can evolve into a Tech Lead position for the right candidate.

We are looking for professionals who can join quickly and grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for telecom and networking systems
• Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, and system teams on integration and testing
• Implement and optimize drivers, interfaces, and network communication protocols
• Participate in software architecture and continuous improvement processes
• Contribute to technical leadership and mentoring within the team

Requirements

• Proficient in C++, C, and Linux
• Solid background in embedded software development
• Knowledge of telecom/network protocols: eCPRI, RoE, oRAN, NETCONF, IP networking
• Experience with telecommunication systems, especially mobile technologies
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Nice to have: scripting skills (Python, Bash), experience with Linux kernel/network internals and device drivers
