Senior Support Specialist

Teramind is the leading insider threat prevention system that's also available as SaaS. We serve many types of customers, from small companies to large government organizations.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Customer Support Specialist. Teramind is growing quickly! In 2021, there is a ton of room for making a huge impact and growing professionally!

This a REMOTE, customer-facing position.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support tickets and questions regarding Teramind's software, capabilities, compatibilities, limitations, etc.
• Be a customer evangelist; listen to their problems, uncover opportunities, and offer the best customer care
• Learn and know our product inside out, build your knowledge base
• Work with the Support / QA / Development and Product team on improving the product based on customer feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting SaaS and Enterprise products
• Ideally a former programmer, DevOps or IT engineer
• Technical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
• Understanding of architecture, migrations, and management of hybrid / private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
• General knowledge of Linux
• Some administrative experience of Windows
• Previous experience with security solutions is a plus
