
Senior System Engineer

We have strong technical department in ICL Services with 17 team-members from Belgrade. Now we are looking to expand our Belgrade team for projects in Western and Northern Europe by seeking out more than 25 Senior Engineers for Citrix, O365, Windows, Security and Network.

Professional requirements:
- At least 3 years overall IT experience preferred
- Messaging and collaboration features support experience (Exchange, Sharepoint)
- Office 365 knowledge is a big plus
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experience as a system administrator for Powershell
- English intermediate and higher (we use it as a main business language)
- Japanese, Italian – big plus
Additional requirements:
- Should be able to work independently and as a team member
Responsibilities:
- Acting as 3-d line support engineer for Office 365 Services (Exchange online, SfB online, SharePoint online, PowerBI, Teams) and Microsoft EMS Solutions (Intune, ATA, AIP) for international customers all over the world.
- Managing user identities (Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager)
- Planning, assessing and implementing infrastructure changes
- Raising Support tickets to Microsoft Office 365 support via Partner admin center when necessary and acting as technical and primary contact for MS support engineer
- Working on Microsoft Office 365 Roadmap together with Architect in order to adjust it for customer needs and plan
- Taking part of different project works for creating new and upgrading of existing customer’s infrastructure, migrating from on premise messaging to cloud based
