About the Role
Fivetran is a Best Place to Work company in hyper-growth mode and looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support Product and Engineering hiring. Reporting to the EMEA Recruiting Manager, you’ll join an experienced team of focused, team-oriented recruiters. The technical recruiting team works with business leaders across EMEA as consultative, collaborative partners - championing Fivetran values as we deliver best in class talent to our rapidly growing organization.
This is a full-time role based in Novi Sad, Serbia.
What You’ll Do
- Champion our values: #1-team-1-dream, #get-stuck-in, #do-the-right-thing
- Design and execute full cycle recruitment strategies to deliver technical talent
- Partner with technical leaders and serve as their strategic recruiting partner
- Develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent
- Build strong relationships with the business and influence hiring teams in a full lifecycle role
- Partner with HRBPs, Total Rewards, L&D, DEI, Ops, Sourcers and Coordinators to drive positive experiences for candidates and hiring partners
- Continuously attract, engage, qualify and hire top technical talent for Fivetran
- Adhere to good data hygiene and best practices; using tooling to give you a tactical advantage in the marketplace
- Drive intake and debrief meetings with the business and ensure a seamless interviewing experience
- Support Fivetran’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and participate in our talents strategies to build diverse candidate pools
Skills We’re Looking For
- Typically, 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within fast paced environments
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting and sourcing experience within technology driven companies
- 1+ year experience driving hiring outcomes for Product teams
- Ability to build relationships with technical leaders and influence hiring managers
- Strong passion for sourcing talent via LinkedIn, email sequencing tools and/or boolean strings
- Intercultural intelligence and a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
- Ability to thrive remotely and adapt quickly to rapidly changing hiring needs
- Technical comfort with ATS
- A keen eye for detail and ability to follow process and best practices
- Understanding of industry trends and common recruiting metrics
- Experience with recruiting tooling: Greenhouse, Gem, Linkedin Recruiter (preferred)
