The Role
As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll own the design vision for our core platform. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on design, bringing clarity to complex workflows and creating intuitive experiences for B2B users who rely on us daily. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and legal domain experts to define, design, and deliver world-class interfaces.

This is a rare opportunity to define design standards in a category-disrupting SaaS product while influencing the future of legal technology.

Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end product design: from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI.
-Translate complex legal workflows into simple, elegant, and efficient user experiences.
-Partner with product and engineering to align design strategy with business and user needs.
-Establish and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across the platform.
-Conduct user research and usability testing with legal professionals and enterprise stakeholders.
-Stay ahead of design trends in SaaS, B2B tools, and enterprise UX to ensure best practices.

Requirements
-5–7+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in B2B SaaS platforms.
-Proven experience designing for complex workflows (legal tech, fintech, or enterprise software a plus).
-Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, prototypes, and shipped product work.
-Proficiency in Figma (or similar), with an ability to balance speed and craft.
-Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
-Experience with user research, interviews, and usability testing.
-Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for design decisions.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

Nice to Have
-Background or exposure to legal technology, compliance, or enterprise workflow tools.
-Experience in early-stage startup environments (building design foundations, not just iterating).
-Familiarity with data visualization and dashboards.
