About the team
As an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst in the FIS SFTC (Securities Finance Trading & Collateral) team you’ll be working on projects for international clients and supporting agile teams to develop a world class solution for Collateral Management and Securities Lending.

Application is cloud-native, REST API driven, and our stack is based on Java and Angular web-based frameworks. For testing we are using Java (Integration tests), Selenium Web driver (Web UI tests), Postman, Swagger (API testing).
What you will be doing
- Work on both manual and automated testing according to project deliverables within Agile teams.
- Write automated tests on integration and UI level.
- Writing test cases and creating test runs and test plans.
- Open defect records for all defects resulting from testing, ensuring all high and urgent priority defects are resolved prior to project implementation.
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members within areas of expertise.
- Organize and participate in Regression testing.
- Grow your skillset in close association with your teammates and other industry specialists from our wider organization.
- Engage in constant stack and software modernizations of the product by sharing your ideas and vision.
- Participate in our agile, test-driven development process, planning sessions, and work closely with other team members to analyze requirements and provide design recommendations.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related discipline or the equivalent of education and experience (Finance, Mathematics or Technical sciences).
- 5+ years of QA experience.
- Hands-on testing experience in both automation and manual testing.
- Experience in automation testing tools like Selenium Web driver, with good programming skill in Java.
- Comfortable in designing and implementing automation test scripts based on requirements.
- Experience with API testing tools - Swagger, Postman.
- Knowledge of test management tools and systems – such as JIRA, TFS, Rally, Confluence, and TestRail.
- Knowledge of CD/CI tools like Jenkins.
- Experience with SQL.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills/experience.
- Positive and result oriented attitude.
