Role Description:
- Lead and support a team in SAP S/4 implementation projects and AM Services.
- Utilize your extensive experience (5+ years) in SAP FICO to guide and mentor your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP professionals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor SAP projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Technical Oversight:
- Ensure the technical quality and performance of SAP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP-related issues.
- Understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement SAP strategies to align with business goals.
- Stay updated with SAP trends and advancements to ensure the team is using the best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure proper documentation of SAP processes and solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, team performance, and system health.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to team members on SAP systems and processes.
- Identify skill gaps and organize professional development opportunities.
Required Expertise & Preferred Expertise:
- Experience: Extensive experience with SAP modules and systems (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA).
- Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SAP architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Project Management: Strong skills in project management methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- SAP Certification
- Experience with additional SAP modules.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher education (preferably engineering, informatics, or business administration)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovation
- Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in written communication
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Italian language will be a plus
- Availability for on-call support or 24-hour shift rotation.
