We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our Team and help deliver a seamless technology experience for our employees. 
In this role, you'll support workplace technologies, manage incidents and service requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services across the organization.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience supporting end-user technologies and enterprise IT environments
• Experience supporting Apple MacBook devices and macOS environments in an enterprise setting
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Experience supporting hybrid and remote working environments
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, and workplace technologies
• Experience with IT asset management, access management, and employee onboarding
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive service improvements

Desirable

• Microsoft or other relevant IT certifications
• Formal qualifications in Information Technology
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT

• Supporting and enhancing end-user technology services
• Resolving incidents, requests, and technical issues
• Managing IT assets and access requests
• Supporting employee onboarding and workplace technology setup
• Driving operational excellence and continuous service improvement
• Working closely with internal teams and external technology partners
