Due to expansion of their team in Belgrade, Adecco is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join their team on position of: Software Developer

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Python
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• A keen interest in AWS a cloud-based architectures
• Hands-on experience developing, deploying and debugging in AWS/Cloud environment
• Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Experience working in and driving an Agile development environment
• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to independently handle complex problems

Responsibilities:

• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to independently handle complex problems
• Understand the current application and its infrastructure and suggest improvements
• Define and document best practices and strategies associated with application deployment and infrastructure support
• Take part in the planning and development of new services
• Maintain and enhance the ingestion chain and relevant services
• Set up a monitoring stack wherever necessary
• Write infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or similar tools
• Help assess cutting-edge/even possibly non-public security issues of the telecommunication sector to make it a safer place
• Be responsible for conceptualization, design, and realization of value-added features
• Take ownership of challenges, proposing creative and cost-efficient solutions in a teamwork environment
• Become an integral part of R&D team, interfacing with security experts over the course of the projects
