Software Engineer (Backend)

Rho Business Banking is on a mission to help organizations work better, together, with money.

Our team is looking for engineering lead/software engineers to join our core product team as individual contributors and help build & scale Rho’s commercial banking technology. Development center located in Serbia will help us do that, no doubt.

Tech stack you will be working with the most:

• Python
• Flask
• Golang
• GraphQL API endpoint
• Celery
• Redis
• PostgreSQL
• SQLAlchemy

We are looking for a strong engineering mindset and generally are totally fine if you don't have experience with all these technologies. As long as you are ready to work with them! Our interview process is language-agnostic. 

What we're looking for on your CV:

• 3+ years of back-end background with a focus on web services, data pipelines, security, or infrastructure;
• Experience working with modern coding languages;
• Ideally, experience working with complex technical products (Finance, Analytics, Gaming) involving many partners and
• services;
• A professional or academic track record in the domains of distributed systems;
• A passion for web services, API's, and your fellow engineers;
• Dedication to building a great product.
• Leading/mentoring teams is considered a strong plus
