Software Engineer

We are an innovative US-based IT company with an office in Niš, Serbia. We are working on a challenging AI project and seek talented Software Engineers to join our team. We welcome Junior Developers.

Job Description:

• As a Software Engineer, you will be integral to the design, development, testing, and implementation of different tools and components to a large AI programing platform. You will work closely with our team on creating intelligent solutions that power transformative technologies in the AI programing field.
• This is a full time position, office-based only; remote work is not available at the moment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement core software components for our AI programming platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and integration with cutting-edge AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate innovative ideas into robust, production-ready code.
• Build and integrate solutions that connect multiple external REST APIs, apply AI concepts, including context understanding, RAG, tool integration, etc.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and reliability in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, documentation, and best practices to support rapid iteration and growth of our AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of computer science (e.g. data structures, algorithms). Desirable: Hands-on experience in Python and Golang.
• Understanding of AI concepts and techniques.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
