Full-Stack developer with product development experience

As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client-facing strategists in local markets. Your focus will be on building and optimising digital platforms and tools for internal and external use by s360 colleagues and clients. You'll be at the core of our operational success, helping s360 deliver outstanding results for international brands and retailers across our markets, working closely with experienced colleagues in the Nordics and beyond.
What you’ll do

- You will be part of a cross-border team where you’ll be driving development of high-performing digital products, with focus on usability, scalability, security and general user experience.
- Hands-on development of tools and software products working with the newest technologies within Google Cloud Platform, AI, ML, primarily being built in web applications for users to access and use.
- Maintain and support on existing solutions, making sure they are evolving and being improved based on usage and user feedback
- Stay current on tools and trends in the evolving world of digital marketing and e-commerce, and how we can create more efficiency and/or better insights through data and software.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic colleague who are curious, structured, and ready to grow with us. You likely recognise yourself in the following:
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with the majority of which in building digital products from end-to-end, working across backend infrastructure and front-end features.
- A high level of understanding of modern web application technologies, such as React, Python, Next.js, HTML/CSS, etc.
- Experience and knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (eg. CloudRun, BigQuery, CloudSQL, Dataform, Terraform, etc.) for scalable infrastructure and software architecture.
- Utilise AI (cursor, gemini etc.) actively in your development process, while also ensuring production-ready code
- Highly detail-oriented and structured in QA testing and data validation.
- Great English communication skills—written and verbal is required.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and contribute.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of projects and feature parity of products.
