The Candidate:
The Software Support Engineer will work with a team responsible for the implementing and supporting after implementation of the Retail IT Projects as consultant/engineer in implementation processes according to costumer design.
The role:
- Identify, analyze, solving and correcting the issues in the software implementation process
- Correction of irregularities during the execution of the process
- Research improvements or changes to existing SW infrastructure
- Perform 1st and 2nd level support for various clients and projects
Requirements:
- Windows administration experience
- Strong database knowledge (MS SQL and MySQL)
- Strong IT equipment knowledge
- Computer networking basics
- Driving license
- Good verbal and communication skills in English
