Software Support / Test Engineer
(Belgrade)
Main responsibilities:
- Customer support (problem recognition, resolving or delegation)
- Work in ticketing system application
- Forum maintenance
- Help maintenance
- Automated tests execution and analysis
- Test reports creation and analysis
- Test plans, test cases, test requirements creation and analysis
- Manual testing
- Business process analysis
- ERP systems and business applications analysis
- Business process mapping
- Documentation maintenance (Creation / Update / Revision)
- Procedures maintenance (Creation / Update / Revision)
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Understanding of basic software life-cycle process
- Proficiency in English language (reading, writing and conversation)
Ideal candidate knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, electrical engineering or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Understanding of ERP systems
- Understanding of business processes
- Knowledge of testing, customer support and software development processes
- Professional proficiency in English language (reading, writing and conversation)
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Analytic approach in problem solving
- High level of self motivation and initiative
- High level of responsibility and conscientiousness
- High level of accuracy in task completion
