About the role
As a Supply Support Engineer, your goal is to help other internal Teams and publishers on prioritisation and work on all the technical issues encountered while using our services.
These issues can be of many kinds, and may occur at different steps of the publisher relationship.
Publishers that are integrating our solution may need some help on different platforms, and publishers that already integrated us may encounter some problems regarding different statistics.
Various kind of problems have to be troubleshooted, and you will have communication with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
What you will be doing
You will portray your good communication skills, with a team mindset, which will allow you to work in a diverse team distributed in several countries across the world.
Work directly with our internal technical teams and publisher’s technical team to ensure successful implementation.
You will troubleshoot and prioritise issues, answer questions, and perform technical tasks whilst pulling data from databases, and work on automation of support manual tasks.
You would have opportunity to work in JIRA ticket management system
You will ensure that the publishers are informed regularly, so they know the support takes care of them.
You are able to troubleshoot problems and have a solutions based approach with your clients .
You want to continue with career development in AdTech industry.
You are able to troubleshoot problems and have a solutions based approach with your clients and other internal Teams.
Willingness to grow into deep understanding of our AdTech products and of our technical infrastructure (sdk, ad formats, ad server, targeting, programmatic, web applications, capping, databases).
