What you will do
You will be acting as a key member of the larger international company. Working closely with L2 and L3 - development team. Your primary role is to understand the problem and/or customer needs or inquiries and gather all relevant information to transfer requests to the upper level, in case you are not able to resolve it on your own.

- Technical education/background or relevant experience in IT
- Experience in support roles - direct communication with customers
- Dedicated person, capable of progress in all aspects (both technical and soft skills)
- Someone who will grow along with Company and advance his/her career internally
Key Qualifications
- Experience in working with any commercial ticketing system (SalesForce, Jira…)
- Understanding of SLA and KPI metrics
- Basic Linux knowledge (any distribution)
- Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts and tools (containers, hypervisors)
- Basic knowledge of DNS, WEB, file systems services, network
- Experience with Windows OS is very welcomed
- Knowledge of scripting languages and/or automation tools will be considered an advantage
