Support Engineer

About your role

As a Support Engineer in our Banking Outsource - Operations - System Desk, you will be involved in:

• Providing timely and efficient resolution of client’s requests
• Maintaining electronic banking channels and systems, payment institutions and instant payments 24/7
• Testing of electronic banking applications
• The realization of tasks set within the project plan.

About you

• You have obtained University/High school degree in computing sciences
• You have knowledge of MS SQL (query creation, administration) and Windows OS
• Your experience with Linux OS will be considered as an advantage
• Your knowledge of software testing will be considered as advantage
• You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
• You have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• You are a good team-player, and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing
• You are ready to work in flexible schedule, including night shifts
