We are looking for an enthusiastic System Administrator to join our IT team. As part of the IT department at our studio, the System Administrator will be a major contributor to protecting critical systems and assets, building solutions, implementing new software and hardware, providing training, and assisting in developing our overall IT strategy.
Daily responsibilities:
- Works with the department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues
- Diagnoses and fixes hardware, software and network problems
- Development and constant improvement of the Critical IT Services Monitoring System of the company Infrastructure (Nagios, Zabix, ICINGA)
- Timely detection of potential bottlenecks in the operation of the IT Infrastructure
- Protecting the user network by creating, implementing and maintaining network security policies defined at the company level
- Takes care of the virtualization system, creation and maintenance of new virtual services, according to a predefined plan within the IT department
- Backup and restoration of system and network resources
- Development and updating of technical documentation
- Installs and maintains the company’s hardware inventory (servers, notebooks, workstations..), and deploys software when needed
- Creates and maintains documentation
Qualifications and skills:
- 2 years of experience in a professional environment or 3+ years of work experience in similar job positions. A degree in IT field is an asset

- Advanced knowledge of Linux Operative Systems (Ubuntu) and Linux server system administration (2-4 years of experience with Linux systems or domain environment)
- Ubuntu / Windows 10/11 / MacOS Desktop Troubleshooting. Windows Server Active Directory Experience
- Strong problem-solving methodology and the ability to work in team
- Experience with the implementation of processes, procedures, and results metrics for the purpose of continuous operational improvement and SLA creation and adherence is required
- High sense of solving technical problems
- High ability to think logically
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work as part of a team in a high intensity environment
- Ability to cooperate effectively with all departments
It’s a plus if you are familiar with:
- Scripting (Bash, Python)
- Fortinet and Unifi network equipment
