WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

University degree or middle school degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant work experience
Proactivity and dedication in communicating with colleagues and clients
Analytical thinking, reliability, professionalism, precision in work and creativity
Ability to communicate in English, German is a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring and tracking client systems, keeping statistics and analysis of log files
Analyzing client requests
Optimization of clients’ system infrastructure
Writing system functional description, user and installation instructions
On-site assistance and customer support
Installation and configuration, monitoring and maintenance of the internal hardware infrastructure
Creation and implementation of backup policy
Education and training of clients

YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH

Windows and Linux server administration
Understanding application and/or web servers
Network communications protocols
Working with command line and scripting languages
Working with virtual platforms (Vmware, Hyper-V)
Working with databases (OracleDB, PostgreSQL)
