At NTT DATA Business Solutions OOD Ogranak Beograd, we're seeking dedicated TM ABAP Developer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. 

Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA TM Developer with strong technical expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) to join our Custom Development team.

The role focuses on high-quality, future-proof development in SAP TM, covering transportation planning, freight execution, charge calculation, carrier integration, and complex logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA.

You will work in an international setup, closely collaborating with onshore architects, functional TM consultants, and customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom developments in SAP TM across S/4HANA landscapes
• Implement TM-specific enhancements using:
  • BAdIs
  • Enhancement Spots
  • PPF Actions
  • Freight Order and Freight Unit extensibility concepts
  • Business Object Processing Framework (BOPF) where applicable
• Develop and adapt technical solutions aligned with standard TM business processes and customizing
• Analyze functional and technical requirements in collaboration with TM functional consultants
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and long-term maintainability of TM developments
• Support technical design, code reviews, testing, and defect analysis
• Participate in implementation phases including testing, go-live, and hypercare support
• Act as a senior technical counterpart for onshore TM teams
• Share knowledge and support junior developers as a technical coach
• Participate in technical discussions and solution design sessions in English

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development
• Solid experience as an SAP TM Developer
• Strong expertise in:
  • SAP TM development and enhancements
  • ABAP development in SAP TM context
  • TM BAdIs and enhancement framework
  • Freight Order, Freight Unit, Freight Booking, and Transportation Requirement processing
  • TM integration technologies and interfaces
• Solid understanding of SAP TM transportation processes and system customizing
• Proven ability to translate functional TM requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management projects
• Good understanding of:
  • Transportation Planning
  • Freight Execution
  • Charge Management
  • Carrier Collaboration
  • Event Management and Tracking scenarios
• Experience with:
  • Eclipse / ABAP Development Tools (ADT)
  • CDS Views
  • OData Services
  • APIs and integration technologies
  • TM technical extensibility concepts
  • BOPF framework
• Experience with SAP Clean Core principles and modern S/4HANA development approaches is a plus
• Experience in international project setups is a plus
• English language skills at least Level B2 (spoken and written)
• Structured, quality-oriented, and responsible working style
