We are looking for an experienced Talent acquisition specialist / IT Recruiter to identify the right talent by applying the right strategies when needed and bringing in the best employees to increase organizational effectiveness. As part of our team, you will bring your expertise in active sourcing to engage with candidates worldwide for job vacancies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple sites including sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, creating, and extending competitive offers, and ensuring successful new hire starts for positions of all levels.
- Ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Cooperation with managers of all departments.
- Active and continuous work on employee planning and recruitment strategy with managers of all departments to increase the efficiency of talent acquisition.
- Conducting detailed reviews and assessments of potential active and passive candidates in line with organizational culture, vision, and mission.
- Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other networks.
- Maintain the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing the contracting process, providing offer letters, and successfully onboarding candidates.
- Presenting the company to our target groups and participating in relevant recruitment events.
Requirements
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in recruiting at all levels - from junior to senior software developer in the international environment.

- Basic knowledge of software development technologies.
- Knowledge of the technology industry is required.
- Excellent communication, planning, negotiation, analytical, and observation skills.
- Openness of mind for acquiring new knowledge and skills, seeing things from different perspectives, and adapting to new market demands.
- Ability to successfully attract and engage with potential candidates from active and passive markets.
- Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and effective candidate channels/sourcing strategies.
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate matches.
- Excellent consultative skills and proven success in developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.
- Knowledge of the marketing is preferred.
- Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- In office work (Novi Sad).

- Working hours are from 11 am to 7 pm CET (8 hours), with an option for flexible start + - 1 hour daily.
- Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm CET (8 hours), with an option for flexible start + - 1 hour daily.
- Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm CET (8 hours), with an option for flexible start + - 1 hour daily.
- Two days of sick leave without a doctor's prescription paid in full.
