Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
We are a dynamic team of software engineers and IT professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in recruiting top talents for our growing organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in the IT and software development industry.
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline with a continuous stream of qualified candidates for present and future job openings.
- Design strategies for various recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to source qualified candidates.
2. Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Perform continuous headhunting activities, screen resumes and pre-selection,
- Conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for our organisation.
3. Employer Branding and Internal PR:
- Enhance employer brand through community and engagement activities, company profiles, forums, and participation in industry events.
- Participate in Internal PR activities to foster a positive work environment and promote the company's values and culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and industry organisations to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Actively engage in professional networks.
4. Cooperation with other departments:
- Collaborate with the HR to implement strategies for employee retention and career development.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and participate in developing candidate profiles and resumes.
- Participate in internal Talent Development activities (conduct mock interviews with engineers).
5. Reporting and Analytics:
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and other key performance indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a comparable role within the IT industry.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets, enabling precise and effective candidate selection.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the domestic market, including trends, key players, and talent dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
