Teamlead ADAS Perception

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical, disciplinary management of the Team Fusion & Localization in our Perception Center
• Resource planning according to projects
• Strategic further development of the team in coordination with the perception Center Leader  
• Technical Interviews for new team members
• Active design of the innovation process, R&D planning, and Center roadmap
• Continuous improvement of processes, methods, and productivity

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, robotics or similar field of study OR doctorate in the fore mentioned fields of study.
• Excellent technical coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
• Strong mathematical skills in statistics, numerical analysis, and optimization
• Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming, especially C++
• Experience in agile development approaches
• Experience in software development for serial production desirable
• Personality is more than anything!
